How do I return a item I bought from LUXOMO?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from LUXOMO you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.) Returned merchandise must include the manufacturer packaging, manuals and warranty cards along with all other paperwork. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns for buyer's remorse cannot have shipping covered. Used or worn merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective. Please note; shipping and handling fee to return an item is as follows: $19.95 will be deducted for any 2nd Day delivery orders, and $29.95 for any overnight orders. If you selected Free Ground, no shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your refund. American Express and Discover Card orders are subject to a 3% restocking fee. On the front of your shipping box, please note the RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number. If you do not have an RMA number, please contact one of our Service Representatives via email or call us at (866) 706-8510). Our dedicated team will be happy to assist you. How do I obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Number)?

Ordering

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is only added to orders shipped to the state of New Jersey.

How do I make changes to my order?

As long as your package has not been shipped from our warehouse, you can make changes or cancel your order. To request a change or cancellation, please call our Customer Service team at help@luxomo.com so we can try to accommodate your request.

Do you keep records of previous orders?

We do keep records of previous orders, but we do not keep those records on the website. If you choose to create an account with Luxomo, you will be able to view your past orders within your account.

Where do I enter a promotional code?

You can enter the promotional code towards the bottom of the shopping cart page in the designated box.

The promotional code did not apply to my order. Can you apply it?

Yes, we sure can! Simply contact us at help@luxomo.com to provide us with your order number. First you can check to ensure there are no spaces before or after the coupon code, this is a common error.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is absolutely free!

How long does it take for my order to ship?

If you order before 2:00 PM ET on a business day, the order will ship out that day. Otherwise, it will ship the following business day. If you place an order on a weekend or on a holiday, your order will ship the following business day. It takes approximately 3-7 business days for an order to arrive.

My confirmation number says the package was delivered, but I don't have it. Now what?

Please check with anyone in your house, apartment, neighbors that may have received the package. If your order was shipped to an apartment complex, check with the front desk. You can also contact your local post office and speak with your mail carrier or delivery manager about where the package was left.

I received my shipping confirmation email, but the tracking number does not work. Did my order ship?

Tracking information is not available right away. It often takes at least one business day for USPS to update tracking. If you try the tracking number too soon, you may find that there is no record of your package yet. Please check the tracking number again tomorrow, if it still isn’t showing up please email us at help@luxomo.com.

Can I have the order sent somewhere other than my billing address?

Yes! During checkout, you'll enter your billing address first at the top of the page. Then, you can select to ship to a different address. You'll enter the full shipping address second. If you choose to create an account, you will be able to save multiple addresses for future delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within the continental United States.
